Original Burnt Cheese Cake Brownie

love it. balance between the cheesecake is perfect. its not too sweet which make you crave for more. the cheesecake is not overwhelmingly cheesy with the cream cheese, light and just right. the brownie is underrated, the crust base and chocolate has a very good texture and rich flavor (i dont like my brownies dry with soft base.) plus the hint of bitterness from the char completes the taste

This tasted really homely as it wasn’t too sweet and rich, making it very comforting on the palate. It didn’t resemble a burnt cheesecake as the texture was dense and was very creamy (maybe I had it cold) but I loved how it wasn’t too heavy on the cheese flavours. Brownie base was compact but didn’t felt too heavy as the chocolate wasn’t very rich. Would have prefer it a little darker but enjoyed how the cheesecake and the brownie flavours went well with each other.

hello, i really enjoyed it the addition of brownie gave it that slight chocolatey taste but the main flavour profile was still the cheesecake! i felt that the sweetness level was also just right, allowing the cheese flavour to shine through. i tried it chilled and at room temperature, and would say it’s much creamier after chilling it. hopefully there will be an option for the cheesecake layer to be even more molten in the future

burnt cheesecake was just nice as well hehe i think its a rlly nice combo for the brownie and cheesecake because i personally often avoid getting just cheesecakes alone because it gets abit overpowering for me but yours was just nice heheh we rlly enjoyed it
