Fresh from Evegalbakes comes our Yuzu Burnt Cheesecake Brownie—a bright, tangy twist on your favorite indulgence. We start with our signature dense, fudgy brownie base, then crown it with a creamy yuzu-infused cheesecake layer.

Our Burnt Cheesecake Brownie are available in two sizes: An 6 inch square size weighing approximately 750 g and serving 3-4 people and an 8-inch square size, weighing approximately 1.5 kg and serving 6-8 people.

Key Notes Before Ordering:

• Order Timing: Please place your order at least 2 days in advance, as all our cheesecakes are freshly baked upon order.

• Serving: For optimal flavour and texture, allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
